2. Service Description
ExpatIQ provides personalised relocation intelligence reports for individuals and families planning a move from the United Kingdom to Dubai and the United Arab Emirates. Our service includes:
- Essential Report (£99): A 15–20 page personalised report covering visa and immigration, financial analysis, housing and areas, lifestyle and practical matters, and a personalised timeline and checklist.
- Complete Report (£199): A 30+ page comprehensive report including everything in the Essential tier, plus detailed sections on schools and education, healthcare, risk assessment, and 30 days of email follow-up support.
Reports are delivered as PDF documents to the email address provided during the order process.

4. Placing an Order
4.1 Eligibility

4.2 The Order Process

- Select your report tier (Essential or Complete).
- Complete payment through our secure payment processor (Stripe).
- Receive a confirmation email with your order reference number.
- Receive your personalised report by email within the delivery timeframe.
4.3 Accuracy of Information
The quality and relevance of your report depends on the accuracy of the information you provide. We are not responsible for inaccuracies in our report that result from incorrect or incomplete information in your questionnaire.
5. Pricing and Payment
All prices are stated in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes. Prices are as displayed on the website at the time of order.
Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We do not store or have access to your payment card details. By making a payment, you also agree to Stripe's terms of service.
We reserve the right to change our prices at any time, but price changes will not affect orders that have already been placed and paid for.
6. Delivery
- Essential tier: Report delivered within 48 hours of order confirmation.
- Complete tier: Report delivered within 24 hours of order confirmation (priority processing).
Reports are delivered by email to the address provided during ordering. It is your responsibility to ensure the email address is correct and to check your spam/junk folders.
In exceptional circumstances (high demand periods, complex situations requiring additional research), delivery may take up to 72 hours. If we anticipate any delay, we will notify you by email.
7. Refund Policy
7.1 Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of report delivery. If you are not satisfied with your report for any reason, contact us at hello@expatiq.co.uk within 7 days of receiving your report, and we will issue a full refund.
7.2 Refund Process
Refunds are processed to the original payment method via Stripe. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
7.3 Cancellation Before Delivery
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days. However, as our service involves the creation of personalised digital content, you acknowledge and agree that:
- We begin work on your report promptly after receiving your order and payment.
- If your report has already been delivered, you may still request a refund under our 7-day guarantee above.
- If you cancel before delivery and we have not yet begun generating your report, you will receive a full refund.
- If you cancel before delivery but we have already begun generating your report, we may retain a reasonable proportion of the fee to cover work already completed.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the ExpatIQ website, including text, design, logos, and graphics, is owned by us and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
When you purchase a report, you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use the report for your own personal purposes. You may:
- Print, save, and share your report with your immediate family members and professional advisers (e.g., your accountant or lawyer).
You may not:
- Reproduce, distribute, or sell the report (or any part of it) to third parties.
- Use the report content to create competing products or services.
- Remove or alter any proprietary notices or branding from the report.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to our service shall not exceed the price you paid for your report.
- We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.
- We shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your reliance on the information in our reports. Our reports are informational only, and you are responsible for verifying information and seeking professional advice before making decisions.
- We shall not be liable for any loss arising from events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to changes in laws, regulations, or government policies.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by English law.

12. Complaints
If you have a complaint about our service, please contact us at hello@expatiq.co.uk. We aim to acknowledge complaints within 2 business days and resolve them within 14 business days.
If we cannot resolve your complaint to your satisfaction, you may be able to use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform or refer the matter to a certified Alternative Dispute Resolution provider.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top indicates when they were last revised. Changes will not apply retroactively to orders already placed. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
15. Severability
